3.0 TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
Pursuant to California law, Atlas Tickets hereby discloses that the purchase price of the tickets contains a service charge or profit which has been added to the face value of the tickets.
Atlas Tickets, Inc. agrees to use its best efforts to procure and to deliver, prior to the date of the event, the tickets described.
Internet sales are not in real time; therefore, all tickets are subject to availability and change.

Atlas Ticket Service further reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Note that online orders placed after 6:00 PM US Pacific Standard Time on weekdays or at any time during weekends may not be processed until the next working day.
Also should Atlas Tickets fail to deliver to a BUYER the full quantity of tickets contracted for, Atlas Tickets sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the return to BUYER of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by BUYER to Atlas Tickets.
Due to policies set forth by the organizers of the events for which tickets are sold on this web site, Atlas Tickets cannot issue exchanges or refunds after BUYER has placed an order, unless Atlas Tickets is unable to fill the order.
Atlas Tickets is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets once tickets are delivered or are in the BUYER'S physical possession. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of tickets.
4.0 Shipping Information
Tickets that are shipped will be done via Federal-Express standard, priority over-night or 2-day. Fed-Ex has a 5:00pm EST cutoff time Monday-Friday, therefore all order placed after 5:00pm EST will be shipped out the following business day. A signature will be required for all tickets delivered via Fed-Ex. We do not allow any reroutes on ticket deliveries. The courier must deliver it to the address on the package. Tickets are normally sent to the credit card billing address. The billing address will be verified with your credit card company, so you must use the exact address on your credit card bill. Should you require delivery
to an address other than the billing address, we will require a faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the invoice, along with a copy of your driver's license and the credit card that was used. This is to protect against fraud.
5.0 INDEMNITY
